How do we create the perfect lightweight high-strength panel?
The corrugated honeycomb structure is sandwiched between 2 kraftliner or Ndicore (recycled liners) sheets and then glued with a heated hydraulic press to ensure the bond keeps the full panel together. The result is an extremely rigid structure with high compression strength that offers excellent bend resistance.
Complete panels can be glued together to make an even stronger panel for your more demanding packaging needs. A pleasure to use.
